By Hosts Matthew Gomez and Matthew Coleman are joined by Zachery Durham and JayDe Beaudry, hosts of 22 West Media’s “Footy Fridays,” to discuss soccer both abroad and at Long Beach State and their careers in sports media on campus.
Beaudry touches on his work on social media creating soccer content and his responsibilities as a broadcaster for 22 West, while Durham is in the midst of his final semester at LBSU and reflects on some of the top moments he has been a part of covering various sports.
The group helps Coleman end his soccer fan free agency by suggesting which clubs to root for, as he is without a team. The Long Beach Current fantasy football league, along with the NFL and MLB playoffs, are also touched upon.
