Wednesday – Police responded to a report at 1330 S. Providence Center Drive and arrested Steven Bryce Neeley, 25, on suspicion of threatening with a dangerous weapon.
Friday – Police responded to a report at 150 N. Main St. and arrested Trenton Hunter Big Soldier, 24, on suspicion of retail theft, intoxication and parole violation.
Saturday – Police responded to a report at 500 N. Lund Highway and arrested Jeremy Shaun Halstead, 29, on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving with an alcohol restricted license, reckless driving, violating speed regulations, having an open container in the vehicle, damage to the jail, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, assault as a prisoner and violation of parole.
Sunday – Police responded to a report at 401 W. 1150 North and arrested Kevin Matthew Forrest, 24, on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating speed regulations. Austin Jeffrey Hill, a senior physical education major from Las Vegas Nev., was arrested and released as well on suspicion of possession of marijuana.’
Sunday – Police responded to a report at 1555 S. Highway 91, arrested and released Rudy Emmett Godfrey, a junior marketing major from Logandale, on suspicion of purchasing, possessing and/or consuming alcohol as a minor.
Sunday – Police responded to a report at 176 W. 535 South, arrested and released, Alyssa Marie Lathim, a sophomore criminal justice major from Cedar City, and Clinton Keith Edward Miner, 19, on suspicion of purchasing, possessing and/or consuming alcohol as a minor. Gerardo J. Lopez, 22, was arrested as well on suspicion of Interfering with an arrest.
Monday – Police responded to a report at 48 N. College Way Apt. 59 and arrested Byron Lamont Byrd, a senior criminal justice major from Newark N.J., on suspicion of Driving without an adult learner’s permit, unauthorized control of a vehicle and failure to give his name at an accident.
Monday – Police responded to a report at 444 W. 400 North and arrested Kristal Jade Lundberg, 25, on suspicion of possession of amphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, child endangerment, violation of parole and driving on a suspended license.
