Journalism 2026

Gianna is the host of Beach Weekly, the Current’s news podcast and pursuing a Spanish minor in addition to her journalism degree. She enjoys interviewing, broadcasting and connecting with many different people. Besides school, Gianna works full time in the restaurant industry and loves relating hospitality to her work as a journalist as well. Outside of those things she enjoys watching sports, coloring books and Diet Coke.
