In last Thursday’s Daily Forty-Niner article regarding the State of the Associated Student Address, I was quoted as supporting Erin Swetland, Chris Chavez and Brian Troutner for next year’s ASI executives.
I am supporting these candidates, but I want to clarify for those confused that my endorsement in no way means that the organization, Associated Students, Inc., is supporting these candidates.
ASI is a non-profit corporation and cannot endorse candidates.
I, however, am an individual and support Erin Swetland for president, Chris Chavez for vice president and Brian Troutner for treasurer.
