Jamie Little and Mike Skinner were the big winners for today’s Pro/Celebrity Race at the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach.
Little, a pit reporter for ESPN and ABC broadcast stations, won the top celebrity spot in the race. Her enthusiasm caught on as the crowd cheered for her victory. Little, who is usually on the other side of these events, said she was thrilled to experience what it was like to drive in a race.
She met the other winner of the race, Skinner, at the winner’s circle to celebrate their achievements.
The current NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Champion, Skinner, won in the pro division of today’s race. Skinner said in the winner’s circle that he wanted Little to win.
This is Skinner’s second year at the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach.
